3. Vitamin C

4. Vitamin D

5. Vitamin E

6. Vitamin K

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that has a good effect on bone and cardiovascular health as well. It is recommended for adults to take 90-120 micrograms of Vitamin K daily
